Overseas/Offshore Credit Card. EXXCOMM, Leading you through the door of an overseas income accessed by credit card.

Progression through the respective levels and groups can be either accomplished through the sale of sufficient phone cards on an individual basis, or in conjunction through the assistance of Business Centers directly or indirectly sold by you.

When each progressive level is achieved, you will earn commissions as outlined in the table below. These commissions are paid upon reaching each step, which represent numbers of phone cards sold (as shown in the tables below).

Applicants can enter the system in two different ways:

METHOD 1.
Apply for one phone card, which includes the indefeasible "Right to Apply" to Exxcomm for the issuance of an offshore credit card. This combination is referred to as a Business Center.

Purchase value: US$200.00 for each phone card/Business Center.

Upon commissions accumulating to US$1525, your credit card application will be processed.

METHOD 2.
Identical to Method 1 with the exception of an additional up-front deposit to immediately receive your offshore credit card.

Purchase value: US$1725.00.

Of this amount, US$200.00 pays for your phone card and Business Center combined. The issuance fee of US$25.00 is paid, and US$1500.00 is deposited to secure your credit limit.

All commissions due will then be deposited weekly into your offshore card account.

Primary Group Procedures:

Completion of Step 3, Primary Group 1 gains automatic entry into Primary Group 2 and into Secondary Group 1.
Completion of Step 3, Primary Group 2 gains automatic entry into Primary Group 3 and into Secondary Group 2.
Completion of Step 3, Primary Group 3 automatic gains into Secondary Group 3.

Completion of Groups is achieved when reaching 48 phone cards sold - balanced 24 left and 24 right.

Upon reaching completion of Step 3, deductions for subsequent Group entries are made automatically from commissions earned.

Secondary Group Procedures:

This differs from Primary Groups in that each Business Center held within the Secondary Group will re-enter the same Group continuously - regenerating new Business Centers in doing so. Business Centers held in Secondary Groups run continuously and independently from any other Business Center(s) held.

Upon achieving completion (balanced 24 left and 24 right) of Secondary Groups, deductions for subsequent re-entries are made automatically from commissions earned.

New Business Centers are allocated the highest vacant position available, alternating left, then right. As a result, your Business Centers will be recycling through the Secondary Groups and Levels more frequently. All Secondary Groups pay half the original Primary Group's level of commissions.

* No. of cards left and right are minimums. Having 16 left and 8 right would still only complete Step 1. You should make sure this is balanced for faster rewards.
