1. Pre-Paid Phone Cards:
   Your purchase includes a prepaid phone card that (in addition to the "Right to Apply" for the offshore credit card) is referred to as a Business Center. Exxcomm rewards you upon reaching specified sales levels of these designated phone cards. These cards also save you money on long distance phone calls.
   
   
2. The Method:
   The Business Center simply involves selling these phone cards to two Independent Representatives (I.R.s). To maximize the benefits you should help them do the same. You are then well on your way to achieving your first offshore US$ commission. Upon reaching further targets, you will qualify for ongoing commissions and extra phone cards/Business Centers.
   
   
3. Your Offshore US$ Income:
   Your commissions will accumulate in the Logberg Trust (a licensed Trust Company based in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands B.W.I.). Providing we are in receipt of your signed Credit Card Application and Trust Agreement, a Credit Card will be sent to you in your name. You must first qualify for this upon accumulating US$1525.00 of commissions.
   
   
4. Your Offshore Credit Card
   This card will be secured by your accumulation of US$1525.00 in commissions. You will have a 75% credit limit of all funds held on deposit by the card issuer (referred to as the �Trust Property�). Upon initial receipt of the card, you will have $1125.00 credit limit. You will receive monthly card statements detailing all your confidential deposits and expenditure transactions. All future commissions will be transferred from the Trust Account and deposited to your offshore credit card on a monthly basis.
   
   

• The card issuer undertakes no credit checks.
• Note that most offshore Caribbean institutions charge anywhere between US$250.00 to US$1725.00 each just to obtain such credit cards. This is a fee, not a deposit! In addition, these same institutions charge anywhere from US$15.00 to US$50.00 per month to apply payments to the card.
• Exxcomm will levy an issuance fee of US$25.00 per card and a deposit service fee of US$5.00 per month. In the event there is no Exxcomm commission deposit, during any given month, no service fee will apply for that month.
• By Law, the selected credit card may not be depicted in this brochure. Once you qualify, you will recognise the card when you receive it - providing we are in receipt of your signed Credit Card Application and Trust Agreement.
